In old English law, the depriving of a thing by the judgment of a court; a putting out of court; the same as forisjudicatio, forjudgment, forjudger. A removal from court. Used to indicate an adverse decision in a writ of right: Thus, the land is said to be abjudged from one of the parties and his heirs
